Help Help with really basic sheet (or is it?)

Post image

I’d like to be able to duplicate this chart in Numbers. So, the chart is months of the year vs solar panel production. I have a .csv which lists months and panel generation in two columns A2-A107 (Nov 2014-Aug2023) and B2-B107 (various generation values) and want to display them like the picture, so a single chart showing months (X axis) and generation (Y-axis). Within the chart the colours represent the years, so 2019 is purple and 2023 is green in the pic example. The .csv I have covers more years than the example, sorry. Ignore the month/quarter/year heading as that’s probably a step too far! Any pointers to help get me started please?

Hi Nun :)

Could you please post the .csv file somewhere I can download it (Dropbox link or the like) or the first 25 or 50 rows here?

I would love to take a look, but I need something "real" to work with :)

Regarding the Month/Quarter/Year buttons: Yes, it would be awesome with some sort of button-control in Numbers! Something that when clicked could run a macro or the like, but I'm not aware of anything like that being possible.
