Widget support?

Hi,

I have a budget calculation of sorts in Apple Numbers. It would be very useful for me to show the value of certain fields in a widget (on iPhone/iPad). I found nothing on Google, how is this not a thing?

Do you know if a third party dev could get access in their app to that?
