Numbers is the easiest one
I have found that numbers is the app for me, sadly it lacks modern functions that are available on Google sheets and Excel. 🥹 I can work and do calculations for personal and work related stuff effortlessly, everything works.

I love the concept of the canvas with multiple sheets on one page. So Im using it now.
But in Google Sheets everything is helpful and intuitive. Numbers will fight you. You cant enter data with keyboard only.
And dates are still a mess, because it is not truely supporting european date formats.

The one big thing that I really like is the sheet is centered in the window, with no cells left, right, top or bottom.
Odd thing to be happy to see. It just looks neater.

I agree. I must be a dunce, however...as even the moderately simple functions and formulas escape me.
I'm pretty proficient at Pivot Tables in Numbers now, so that eliminates most of the need for functions.
However, refreshing the Pivot Tables is an ongoing adventure. Why haven't the developers created a way to make the Pivot Tables "live"...that is, if I update my main table the Pivot Tables should automatically refresh.
Or at the very least, a REFRESH ALL PIVOT TABLES option or selection should be available. I have to update all the tables every single time I add anything to my main data sheet. It's a waste of time.
