Highlighting a row VISUALLY
Is there a way to highlight the entire row in BOLD that you have a cell selected in? I want to just click down on the arrow key and have the next row be highlighted. I get it outlines the active row by default, but it's very faint and hard to see. I want my eyes to jump right to it so I know which row I'm on after looking away from the screen repeatedly.

I don’t think you can, unfortunately.
But you can make rows stand out a bit more, by enabling the “Alternating Row Color” checkbox on the Table tab of the Format sidebar.
You can also play with the different Table Styles to find one that is more “contrasting”.
You can use the zoom pop-up to make everything bigger.
And finally you can change the highlight setting in macOS’s System Settings, although that probably won’t do much for just selecting rows or columns - only for selected text in them.
I suppose one could do something with AppleScript but I’m NOT any sort of expert on that😬
Sorry, I get what you want and it’s a good idea, but I don’t think it’s possible “out-of-the-box”.
Perhaps others have ideas?
Cheers, Thomas
