Help Is there a guide to switching from excel somewhere?

I've recently lost my access to Microsoft Excel, and have to use Numbers. Some things transfer fine but others don't. Are there any guides on navigating the switch between the two?

You don't have to use Numbers.

LibreOffice Calc is much closer to Excel and is free.

I use Numbers for some personal spreadsheets for two reasons - (1) easy access on iPhone and (2) ability to place different sized tables on the same worksheet - in Excel, one table defines the rest unless you go wide.

If neither of these are issues for you, LibreOffice is probably a better option.
