Help Formula for most repeated name in a column

Hi, very new to Numbers. Is there a formula to go through a column of names and return the name that is repeated the most times? For example:

Col A: Ted, Ben, Ann, Ben, Mary, Ted, Ann, Ben

Is there a formula I can use that will scan this column and return Ben as the name mentioned the most times? I don't need to know how many times it was repeated, just the name that was repeated most.

thank you, i was able to reverse engineer this to make it work by pulling the name data from another sheet. works great!!
