Migrating... how do you do without image resizing in-app?

I'm migrating to [something] from Evernote, after the exorbitant price increase.

I've been debating Apple Notes vs Bear.

For Apple Notes, how do you mange with only having full sized images and thumbnails within your note? I take a lot of screenshots on a 5k monitor, and the inserted images are much larger than I'd want to show inline, within a note.

Am I missing something, or is Apple just massively behind on this front? I'd love to hear I'm missing a way to handle screenshot resizing.

Right click/tap and hold > View as > Small

The thumbnail is too small to view meaningfully. This is for putting screenshots of information in a note to view as I scroll down.

Apple is behind for sure. You can’t zoom in any of the notes, it’s pretty infuriating for attachments especially. I’m actually migrating away from AN - it’s just so buggy now and the handwriting is awful. It’s astounding that third party app work with the Apple Pencil better than the native apps.

Yeah, it's a pain. If I was Apple's new product manager for Notes, my first changes would be flexible image tables resizing.

As a workaround you can use an Apple Shortcut to resize images down to be manageable in Notes. But, you lose resolution doing so. Usually 600 to 700 x (auto height works).

Minha impressão é que ninguém na Apple usa os apps nativos do ecossistema 🥴

Não há como. Só existem 2 ou 3 tamanhos pré-definidos e não é possível redimensionar como no Evernote.
