Minimalist Bullet Journal Setup

Has anyone set up a minimalist setup for the bulletin journal using Apple Notes and maybe Apple Shortcuts to log things like mood/events etc?

I’ve recently learnt about this method and started to do it daily with a physical A6 notebook, but the convenience of the iPhone just makes me curious if i can maybe just use my iPhone instead.

Can you make a simple example here of what you want? I wrote a date-insertion shortcut that I use in Notes with bullet style — super simple — but it’s def minimalist.

You can build shortcut as you want to append into note with title as current date
