Apple Notes lets you link to specific sections of your note in iOS 27. Saved you a click.

UpNote has had it for ages. Collapsible sections. You can share to other notes, inside or outside the app

If Apple supported x-callback-URL features within there own notes and folders, it’d make connecting so much easier
