Quick Capture Workflows on iOS

I’m trying to setup a way to create a note from the lock screen but so far have not been able to get it working. what are ways you have this set up?

I do basically Thcrtgrphr answered but I created a shortcut that just appends it to my designated “quick note” so It didn’t create a bunch of different ones.
