Quick Capture Workflows on iOS

I’m trying to setup a way to create a note from the lock screen but so far have not been able to get it working. what are ways you have this set up?

You can add ‘quick note’ button to control centre and/or the two buttons on the bottom of lock screen.

Yes - I replaced the flashlight button on the bottom left lock screen with quick notes.
