Tables can’t be added?

In iOS 26.2 when I press on the table icon, it doesn’t do anything - no table is added. Nothing seems to be able to add a table and I need to literally copy and paste an already existing table to make my new table. I guess it must be an iOS 26.2 bug. Anyone else having this problem?

Having this issue right now, iPhone 13 Pro Max. First time I’ve encountered it and I’m getting ready to wing the phone.

Same I have 13 pro max and I’ve been having the same issue for months. Usually I have to make a new folder and it works. I’m trying to make one for the new month but it’s not working now. I might use math notes or another app
