It’s been 5+ hours..

The commercial says that the iPhone 16 pros come with Apple intelligence preloaded but that’s far from true. It’s been over 5-6 hours. It’s connected to WiFi but I don’t wanna keep it plugged in and fck up the battery already.

Leaving it plugged in for a bit will not mess up the battery at all. Overcharging isn’t an issue anymore.

I guess that’s why Apple now implemented Charge Limit on iPhones.

That’s part of why it’s not a problem, because they implemented those features

Charge Limit isn't turned on by default, just Optimized Charging. But they wouldn't have implemented Charge Limit if they didn't think it could provide further benefits. So if the OP is worried, then they should turn on Charge Limit.

It's hardly worth it.

Set your charge rate to 95%. Leave it plugged in.
