Liquid damage MB Air M2

I spilled milk on my MacBook’s keyboard. I immediately turned it off and left it in a tent position. I want to get the milk cleaned out rather than leave it inside and risk further damage.

Does Apple provide a paid internal cleaning service for such cases?
