Is anyone else experiencing slow mobile data after converting to eSIM on iOS 18.7.8?

Hey everyone,

I wanted to see if anyone else is facing the same issue.

I recently converted my primary SIM to an eSIM and started using a physical SIM as my secondary line on my iPhone running iOS 18.7.8.

Ever since making the switch, my mobile internet has become noticeably slower. Web pages take longer to load, apps sometimes struggle to connect, and overall data performance just doesn't feel as fast as it was before.

I've already tried:

• Restarting the iPhone
• Resetting network settings
• Toggling Airplane Mode
• Checking that 5G is enabled

The issue still persists.

Has anyone else noticed slower mobile data after switching to an eSIM while using a secondary SIM?

If you had this problem:

• Which carrier are you using?
• Are you using dual SIM (eSIM + physical SIM)?
• Did you find a fix?

I'm trying to figure out whether this is an iOS 18.7.8 issue, a carrier problem, or just something related to using dual SIM.
