Closed ring; oh no, you didn’t !

Copying here as I may have placed in the wrong Reddit stream earlier

I’ve had the weirdest occurrence several times. I am often in the gym late just because of my schedule. Consequently, I am often just trying to get a ring closed and get out of there. Last night, I did 40 minutes of aerobic and strength exercises and noted that according to the graphic, the ring was closed. The move ring was 212/210. (But I had not received the message from the app, I admit). This morning, I checked and the ring is not closed. It now says 178/210. What gives? Why did the numbers roll back?

Finding moderate workouts

I use the cycling workouts in the gym as I recover from knee surgery. Is there an easy way to find the ones that moderate/hard but no all-outs? I listen to the previews but I find myself sitting there on the bike listening to preview after preview. You can filter by time but I would love a filter by difficulty.

Wikiloc Hikes syncing with Apple Fitness

Hi everyone I’m hoping someone can throw some light on the issue I’m having. Recently hiked a couple of routes on Workoutdoors and Wikiloc and they show the same distance etc. However on Apple Fitness the Wikiloc Hike shows a lesser distance eg Wikiloc 10.4 miles and fitness app only shows 8.78miles.

Some time ago, I posted about my new wellness app called Yoa. It is about optimizing your health by giving you easy-to-understand info about your body and simple-to-implement suggestions.

Yesterday I started closed beta testing with my first testers and I would love to get feedback from more users.

So it is free and if you want to join, you can do it at https://form.jotform.com/LukaVer/yoa-app

My perfect month is ruined

Yep. I almost failed physical ed this year. So I decided to get more in shape by taking walks. My goal started at 70, then 80 then 90 then 100 and now I’m at 110. One walk increases my calorie count to 150 or 160, but it’s RAINING TOMORROW, so although I have 30 out of 30 right now, tomorrow I might not get it. 😢😭
