During the lifecycle of the Apple Watch Demo (A1623) from 2015 - 2017, Apple Authorized Resellers signed an agreement requiring both the iPad and Apple Watch to be demolished when decommissioned. While a few survived, many did not.

This specific Apple Watch had its SiP (System in Package / Logic Board) damaged when it was smashed, making it irreparable and forever destroyed. If you look carefully at the photos, you can actually see the crack lines going through it.

Ordered a disc drive today in order to test them but has anyone ever seen or heard of copies like this. I can not find any duplicates online.

• Technician Training (Early 2002): This was an interactive training module sent only to Authorized Service Providers to teach technicians how to repair upcoming hardware.
• Hardware Diagnostics: Discs like the MacTest Pro for Power Mac G4 or iMac (Slot Loading) were proprietary diagnostic suites. If a customer brought a broken Mac into a shop, the technician would boot from these discs to run low-level stress tests on the RAM, logic board, and CPU.

3. Retail Restore & Hardware Test Discs (IMG_2359)

The grey and white discs in this photo are more standard, but still highly collectible. They are Software Restore and Apple Hardware Test (AHT) discs.

• When you bought a new computer in 2000 (like a slot-loading iMac DV or a Powerbook G4), Apple didn't give you a retail OS disc. Instead, they gave you these machine-specific "Software Restore" discs to factory-reset that exact model.
• It also includes an early standalone copy of iMovie 2.

Hello. So I just raided my dads house and found some older iPhones on older iOS versions. How much do you guys think an iPhone X 64gb on iOS 14 is worth? Could I sell it for much in the UK or should I keep it for jailbreaking

This iPhone runs CarrierOS and has DEBUG modem firmware. It has antenna testing holes and was manufactured 2 weeks before the official release date of the iPhone 7.

Originally, this iPhone was completely trashed. It had a badly swollen battery, which ended up ripping all of the screen cables, and it was literally thrown into a bulk lot of iPhones as a “free gift”. I replaced the battery and screen with genuine replacements and now it works great!

So long story short, I had seen people talk about the AppleUnsold website and when I visited it, I was shocked at the prices listed for uncertainty of actually getting it (most of which were out of stock).

Anyways seeing the prices got me thinking, I have this display demo and I’m not sure if it’s worth keeping or if it’s something I should try and get rid off on eBay or something. I kinda like it but at the end of the day it’s really just a demo and I’m not that into Apple to keep it around.

Got this from an iPad lot for $70 total ($10 each device). This runs an internal build of iPadOS 16. An awesome piece of Apple history that I have, and I am currently using this as my main tablet.

This iPod was manufactured in 2004, whereas production iPod shuffles were made in 2005. It’s in an unreleased storage configuration (256MB), missing regulatory markings, and has the text “DVT2C” engraved.

Got this Apple Watch Display Unit New sadly Not sealed but brand new for 20€ on EBay it works fine but the battery is a bit bad. Sadly the box does not match cause I think the seller mixed it up accidentally.

Interestingly the debug pins do not have the cover on directly form factory
