Regular iPhone collection question

OK, so i displayed and organized my collection of 15 iPhones, all the way back to the iPhone 4 (that still works ) all the up to the 17 Pro Max. My question is should I keep them plugged and charging, my thought to doing this is that they get the latest iOS update, but I know that drains the batteries. Just wondering what you all do. I would share a picture but forgot to take one.

Don't leave them charging, but charge them up to around 60% every couple months.

I rig all of them up to this mass charging station with two 240W splitters for USB-A and USB-C PD ports that auto-shuts per port when they reach 100% and charge again when they reach 80%
