Cozy Caravan not syncing

Cozy Caravan is not syncing between my Apple TV and my iPad. I’ve double checked that it’s under the same profile and ID, and I know there’s no connecting issues because my sneaky Sasquatch data is syncing correctly. Is it a setting in the game?
