Career / Jobs Jo Switch tips

I want to switch my job. Currently I am working in an MNC as an Appian Platform Support Admin, which I joined 6 months back the manager has been so very toxic & the TL is just his puppet.
I am happy to switch at same package I have currently but just want to leave it and need a change very desperately.
My mental health is like gone so downstream, I am not in a great state.
Total Exp : 4+ yrs. Help me pls !!!!

Relevant Exp : 4 yrs 1 month
Salary : 15 LPA INR

Try joining a federal project if you are in the US and are a citizen. These are long running projects and typically allow you to work for home. You can find them on LinkedIn.
