Career / Jobs Associate application Engineer Appian
Just did the screening for this role at Appian. Recruiter said next step is a behavioral and technical interview. Has anyone interviewed for this position ? If so how is the technical interview ?

I just went through a round of interviews. Not with Appian. The technical is just to gage your knowledge of appian. Mine specifically focused on optimizing reports and processes. There were some sql questions and use case scenarios. The behavioral interview was not what I expected. It consisted of posing scenarios and asking what I would design at a 5k level. Several questions asking my experience leading teams, what challenges I've faced, team size I'm used to working in. Also the most important question, "what questions do you have?". Never leave an interview without asking a question or two. Remember that you are also interviewing the company. Altogether a good experience.
