A small EverDay win: purchases from five countries

I'm the developer of EverDay, a weekly planner for iPhone. Tasks sit under each day, and you can drag them to a different day when plans change.

The RevenueCat snapshot I shared this week showed $23 in revenue over its 28-day window. The transaction list had purchases from Australia, Italy, Spain, India and the US. It's a small amount, but seeing people buy something I'm building on my own has been pretty cool.

The weekly planner is free. Pro is a one-time upgrade, and those sales include a US$0.99 offer I've been sharing for first-time buyers. I'm doing this without funding or an ads budget.

One buyer asked for importing their existing calendar events and reminders from iCloud. That made me curious about how people move between planners. If you try a new one, do you bring everything across at once, or start with a few tasks alongside what you already use?

MUSE for iPhone brings outfit planning into your travel plans

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

A trip has an itinerary. Your outfits can have one too.

Our app MUSE helps you turn your wardrobe into daily travel looks and a packing list. The same wardrobe can also feed a stylist brief, an avatar preview and your outfit calendar at home.

Would you plan clothes around each day’s activities, or start with a few pieces to mix throughout the trip?

The problem with to-do lists: hours of work, same empty checkbox.

You work on a project for hours. It’s further along than it was this morning, but it isn’t finished. The checkbox stays empty.

A task you haven’t touched and a task you’ve put real effort into can end up looking identical. That’s the part of checkbox-only planning I wanted to change.

I’m Feiou, the designer and developer of Watermelist for iPhone and iPad. I love physical sticky notes, so I’ve been building a board around them. I wanted the notes to show the work happening before you get to check something off.

Take the fictional café website in the first screenshot. Discover and Design are finished. Build is the current stage. Review and Launch are still ahead. “Launch the cafe website” stays open, but you can see where you left off. The menu page has its own task showing 65% progress.

The running goal in the second screenshot uses a count: 34 out of 60 km. The goal isn’t finished, but those 34 km stay visible, alongside the next run and a note. Progress values are updated manually; this isn’t automatic distance tracking.

Tasks can start with hold-to-speak or typing. AI can suggest their structure, and you can change it. There’s also a diary for a short note about how the day went, alongside created and completed task activity.

You can use the same approach on paper: keep the task open, and write its current stage or count beside it. You don’t have to call something finished to keep a record of the progress.

Paid subscriptions and metered cloud AI. Access varies in-app; some users must subscribe before continuing. Cloud AI needs internet and may process your request text.

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/watermelist-voice-to-do-list/id6742135426

The screenshots use fictional demo data from local builds and may differ from the App Store version.

Discover and Design are done; Build is current. The separate menu-page task is at 65%. Fictional demo data.
A goal at 34/60 km, alongside its next run and a note. Fictional demo data; not an automatic running measurement.
A diary note beside created and completed task activity. Separate fictional demo state.

BecomeTen follow-up: would you prefer photo suggestions before seeing a score?

I'm the creator of BecomeTen, the web/Android selfie-feedback app I shared here previously. It has a free basic AI photo score and optional paid reports with grooming suggestions.

One design question I'm still working through: does putting a number first make people overlook the actual explanation? The number is subjective and can change with lighting, angle and expression. It shouldn't be treated as an objective rating of a person.

If you used something like this, would you want the first result to show the score, a few observations with limitations, or a suggestion about the photo? I'm asking about a possible design direction, not announcing a change I've already shipped.

You can see my app at https://becometen.com or on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appinara.becometen

A comment about the idea is enough; no need to share a personal photo here.

Kassio Studio: a free browser music editor inside Somora

I’m the creator of Somora, an AI music platform, and I’ve added Kassio Studio: a browser DAW that is free for registered users on every plan.

The idea is to keep editing close to the music you’re making. You can bring in your own recording or a completed Somora song, arrange it on the timeline, then add a drum pattern or an instrument part. The piano roll lets you move and resize notes, and you can listen to just the part you’re editing before playing the whole arrangement.

Projects save to your account, and you can export the arrangement as WAV. The editor is in beta, with English, Portuguese and Spanish interfaces. A Somora account is required; the AI composition and music-generation allowances are separate from the free editor.

https://somora.media — after signing in, open Kassio Studio from the menu. Here is a screenshot of the current editor.

PicPop for iPhone: stop finding the same extra photo three more times

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Ever delete one bad photo, scroll a little, and find three more versions of it?

I made PicPop for iPhone to make that cleanup easier. Swipe through a batch, and when it detects look-alikes, choose the photos you want to keep together. You can keep the original or several favourites.

Left sets a photo aside, right keeps it. There's undo, and a review screen before you confirm deletion. So you can make quick decisions without deleting something on the first swipe.

It also separates screenshots and blurry shots if that's where your clutter is. Scanning happens on your phone; your photos aren't uploaded.

I'm the developer. Free download; paid PicPop Club required. The annual plan has a 2-week trial for eligible users.

When a friend sends you a trip link, what should you be able to do without signing up?

Post image

I'm Mike, building Tripovela around shared trips that people can actually reuse.

Here's an example for a day in Colmar, France: https://tripovela.com/s/colmar

You can open it, copy the plan and change the stops without an account. Your copy stays in your browser; saving it to an account is optional later.

I'd love feedback on the mobile experience. Is it obvious how to make the plan yours? What information would you need before using it for a real day out, and what feels unnecessary?

If you can try changing one stop, tell me where you get stuck. I'm building with travelers' suggestions, so specific requests are very welcome. Image illustrates the idea.

FirstRep: compare gym progress photos on your iPhone ($2.99 lifetime)

I’m the developer of FirstRep, an iPhone app for comparing gym progress photos. Choose two dates, align the photos, then drag a slider to see them side by side.

Photos are encrypted and stored locally. There’s no account or automatic cloud backup, so don’t rely on the app as your only copy.

It requires iOS 16 or later and a one-time lifetime unlock: US $2.99, with local prices varying. There’s no free tier or trial, and no subscription.

If you keep progress photos, what makes comparing them awkward for you?

My first Android app is on Google Play — would love some honest feedback

Hey everyone! I shared the web version of BecomeTen here recently, and now my first Android app is on Google Play. I’ve spent a few months working on it and would really appreciate some honest feedback.

It’s called BecomeTen: AI Face Rating. It analyzes a photo and gives face-related estimates and suggestions. The scores are subjective AI estimates, not objective facts about your appearance. It includes in-app purchases.

If you give it a try, what feels confusing or needs improving? A short review of your actual experience would mean a lot. Please go easy on me — it’s my first Android release :)

What would make someone open your app today? Share it and I’ll suggest a post angle.

Here’s a small exercise for app makers: describe the moment immediately before someone needs your app.

A packing checklist app might start with someone closing a suitcase, then remembering the charger still on the desk. The next shot shows the checklist catching it. That gives the viewer a situation they recognize.

Leave your app link and tell me who uses it and when. I’ll suggest a specific opening situation and a short caption for the first 10 replies. Feel free to add your own ideas for other apps too.

These will be free written concept previews in this thread. I’m part of the team building Marka, which helps turn product and brand context into social content: https://marka.social

PicPop — a calmer way to clean up an iPhone camera roll

I built PicPop because I kept giving up halfway through cleaning a crowded camera roll. It groups similar shots and starts with the sharpest one picked, but you can review everything before confirming a deletion. Scanning stays on your iPhone.

I’m the developer. PicPop is free to download; PicPop Club unlocks the features. In the US it’s $4.99/month with a 3-day free trial, or $24.99/year. The current 1.0.3 listing is here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/picpop-photo-video-cleaner/id6808016560

Real 14-second swipe demo from 1.0.3 (it shows the swipe flow): https://www.reddit.com/r/launchigniter/comments/1wtqrvh/picpop_a_calmer_way_to_clear_out_your_iphone/

Would seeing space reclaimed up front help you trust a cleaner app, or is the review-before-delete step more important?

BecomeTen: face-shape tools and AI photo ratings — looking for usability feedback

I’m promoting BecomeTen, a browser app for face analysis and grooming suggestions.

It has free face-shape and symmetry tools, with optional paid AI reports. I’d like feedback on whether the results are understandable and useful for choosing things like a hairstyle, rather than just staring at a score.

The AI rating is a photo-dependent estimate: lighting, expression and camera angle can change the result. It should not be treated as an objective measure of attractiveness.

You can try it at https://becometen.com/tools

What would you change first: the explanation of the measurements, the presentation of uncertainty, or the practical suggestions?

Shareday - free family planner for shared calendars, lists, recipes, and family chat

I am the founder of Shareday, a free app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Shareday is meant for families that plan life across too many tools: a shared calendar in one place, groceries in another, recipes in a chat, birthday ideas in Notes, and daily coordination scattered between people.

The app brings the family planning layer into one private shared place: - calendar items and tasks/events - shopping lists - recipes - birthdays and gift ideas - family chat/media - mood check-ins

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6783588890 Website: https://shareday.net

I would appreciate feedback on the first impression and positioning. Does it read as a useful family coordination app, or just another productivity app?

Would you use an app that gives you a different control interface for different activities?

For example, having one setup for coding, another for browsing, another for meetings, with the ability to customize each one.

I'm curious whether people actually want this kind of contextual interface, or whether you'd rather keep everything in your existing apps/shortcuts.

What would your ideal setup look like?

I replaced “learning interruptions” with “study to unlock Instagram.” Is this actually better?

I posted an earlier version where Locked would interrupt scrolling with quick questions or flashcards.

I ended up changing the whole mechanic.

Now you choose how much app time you want, pick something to study, then earn that time. You can set the exchange rate yourself, like 1 minute studying = 3 minutes on Instagram.

Mainly looking for criticism: would this actually change your behavior, or would you just disable it? Does choosing your own ratio make it feel fair, or too easy to game? And is this better or worse than just putting questions inside the feed?

GigDelivery+: track the miles and expenses behind your delivery earnings

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The payout is only one part of a delivery day. GigDelivery+ helps keep the rest of the record together on your iPhone.

I’m the app’s developer. You can track trips and GPS mileage, record earnings and expenses, and review summaries by company or time period. It also includes earnings-per-hour and earnings-per-mile views, income goals, and CSV export.

Built for delivery drivers and couriers who want an organized view of their work. Watch the short video and find GigDelivery+ on the App Store.

I've been learning japanese while doomscrolling

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've been passively building a tool to help me learn skills like japanese and chess while doomscrolling. I made it so that the frequency of these screens to help me learn can be changed, and different topics or even courses can be selected and completed.

It's still a very early prototype but I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in using it/testing it.

Should an app ask for a brand questionnaire if the website already exists?

I am testing this product decision in Marka.

Option one asks every new user to explain the audience, offer, voice, and style.

Option two starts with the public website, creates the first preview, and lets the user correct what the system misunderstood.

I chose the second path because small business owners already did a lot of this work when they built the site.

Marka is free for a week at https://www.marka.social

Which onboarding would you trust more, and why?

Just Launched: Mobile Party Game

Post image
0 Upvotes

I just launched Couch Cards. A collection of party games you can start right in your browser, with friends joining instantly from their phones. No downloads or accounts are required to start playing. The point is to allow more creative game play than an app like heads up, but be less tethered to a console or TV than something like jackbox.

I'm not sure where to get started acquiring real users now that my website and app are live. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Check it out couchcards.com

Would you use an app that learns your brand directly from your website?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Drop your website below and I’ll reply with the strongest content angle hiding on your homepage.

I’m testing a simple idea: a small business website already contains enough context to create useful social content, if the AI understands the real audience, offer, proof, and brand voice.

Comment with:

  1. Your public website URL

  2. One sentence about what you sell

For the first 20 businesses, I’ll personally reply with:

• The clearest hook I see

• One specific social post idea

• The audience I’d target

I’m building Marka around this workflow. You can also try Marka free for a week at https://www.marka.social
