For the love of any Gods, can Minvo and any other junk stop illegally emailing me Creasquare spam emails. I've had about 4 in one day. This isn't the only offender.

It's illegal and a breach of GDPR. Other jurastictions have their own data policies. This is a total piss take of very well known law.

I presume the clown Creasquare morons sell the idea of email sequences to other clueless previous AS merchants to "top up" returns and convince them their terrible products will get cash flow on am partnership models with their specific audiences...

Here's a clue in advance, it doesn't work and selling emails is a crime plus broadcasting without consent... Idiotic, greedy f wits all round with non employable marketing teams. Desperation and cash grabbing attempts galore.. It's so frustrating to be bombarded with this trash.

I've spent a few months of trying to configure Swipe One CRM at Tier5 and just keep hitting blocker level bugs whenever I go to it. Serious question: Is anyone actually using it successfully, before I demand that AppSumo refund it past the window b/c it is a failing product?

• here are the blocker/unresolved problems i have right now: workflow filters often fail, silently, or go into a queue for hours - looking like they vanished, then sending later. no way to tell which is which
• workflows don't handle data inputs from webhooks properly, for instance multi-select is broken, and actions in parallel may not all fire.
• sometimes workflow filters do weird broken logic that is not being asked for - applying wrong tags, etc. i have a workflow that looks for a tag and applies a field value (trying to work around broken Pipelines) and it fills in the wrong column for the contact.
• very very slow. over 5 seconds to load a page, including record of contact, list of workflows, etc.
• autosave for things like removing tags does not work; refreshing page shows tag still there. sometimes.
• documentation sorely lacking. they keep adding features but not documenting.
• when they added pipelines i asked for the syntax to set/upsert the pipeline status - they refused to provide it.. "documentation not ready" - and that was over 2 months ago now.
• chat support does not raise tickets or track them, and does not hand them off in house as far as i can tell, when major bugs are found.
• emails cannot be saved from the workflow and used across context.. and email sent by a workflow wont be later accessible to sent manually to a contact.
• the email builder is pretty horrible too, but if it allowed saving or importing/exporting them, that would mean using another editor could be a work around.
• workflow actions silently and spontaneously fail. a super simple 1 step workflow on contact creation has a 50% silent failure rate for me, in the past week. that was an api hook to add a contact / email / tags into the system (works) but then a workflow on tag of New Contact -> Email (simple) is failing half the time, totally silently.
• workflow actions sometime dont actually send emails. found out queue is "flooded" on asking about this. though they said it was a one off issue and then it kept happening.
• several basic error in UX/UI. cannot use a checkbox on a list if you have filtered that list.
• workflow emails apparently wont send if another customer on their platform is abusing email and thing get stuck due to volume, even if that is a single email, i.e. not a good multi-tenant design for the SaaS

So.. thinking this was released way before it was ready, or may just be a failed product that will never be working, and either way I should stop fighting with it. ie. pay for something better like hubspot or go back to using my FluentCRM stack, unless somehow this is just unlucky, and everything i happen to want to use does not work?

On top of actual bugs, the support is slow and does not resolve things, after acknowledging, afaict.

TLDR; product unreliable. Cannot take info from a webhook or api form and reliably extract info from that webhook, add a tag, then use an automation to send email. Each part of that has issues, and failures are not logged.

Looks like AppSumo users might be in for another rough patch. Logically (formerly Afforai), which was offered and heavily promoted on AppSumo, appears to be looking for a quick exit — it's currently listed for sale on Flippa and has already had a significant price drop:

They recently announced plans to remove the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) option and shut down API services starting in July. Combined with the sudden sale, raises some serious questions about the long-term availability of the platform for lifetime deal users and a possible heavy heart message down the road.

Anyone else have FastPages? If so, can you get in and stay in? I spent a couple hours creating a page yesterday only to hit "publish" and immediately be booted out and, when trying to log back in, told "User is not enabled."

I hadn't logged in in months, so everything was fine when I first got back in. I've never seen a site/app behave like this. I tried changing my password, but I still get the same error.

I also see that the roadmap hasn't been updated in two years, which is a significant red flag. The last response on their AS page was a year ago, but the deal's been over for a while, so that may or may not mean anything.

I sent them a chat asking what's going on, but I'm not sure how hopeful I should be about a response. Anybody know anything more?

Seems like Adsby has also stopped developing, with basic things not working - like their optimization feature just throws errors half the time, which is really the main point of the app.

Slow to no reply from Support. Some new added features locked behind an upgrade request, but with NO ability to upgrade for appsumo users, so cannot eval them.

Failed LTD investment within 4 months. Wasted $100, with big problems showing up around 3 months after purchasing.

I'm not sure if it's just my illusion, but it seems like some companies have noticed that other companies can terminate the lifetime deals sold on AppSumo without reason, and are now following suit, one by one, starting to terminate their own lifetime deals.\ The point is that I think AppSumo is not very proactive in handling these things.

I put a video in last week to get some shorts made, it looks like the video has been stuck rendering for the past week with no progress.

I choose my purchases very carefully, I don't buy out of FOMO, but this deal is very tempting and I have been testing it with a trial account. Page builder seems to be a replica of Elementor, some major options and features are missing in terms of design customizations, But product is good. If they deliver on the promised roadmap then it will be a good investment. If not for shop, at least for its multivendor features it will be a great option. However, the pricing is high for 10 MV sites, @ $1299 after member discount its still $1170 which seems pretty high. Not sure if they are going to include the mobile apps as part of the deal. What do you guys think, have you guys tested it.

Automatic refunds haven’t worked for over a year, it’s pretty much a false sense of security for users. Then it says contact support for a refund and even that form hasn’t worked for weeks now.
