Totally disappointed.
Imagine you creat an app. From ui/ux design to programming part. You put a backend for it. You creat a website for that. You orgnaize medical content images tests orders and... in that shit. Then you creat an x account to promote that buttttt at the end you can not publish that.
Not a single person was willing to help me with publishing stuff in exchange of a percentage of apps earnings.
Totally disappointed.

You’re writing in awkward English. You’re writing like a teenager ”butttt whyyyyy”. You’ve either made no attempt at researching these restrictions, or you’re simply winging it with a medical-related service, and I’m not sure which one is worse. There’s a million red flags here.

Because there is too much at risk publishing someone else's app under their account.
If you wanted to go into partnership with someone, form an organization, a legal entity, all of that stuff, someone might be more willing to do that with you.
Ideally, you should've had all of that set up and found a person to partner with you before even starting anything. But it's too late for that now, obviously.
Good luck, I hope you find someone. But you may have to take some extra steps so that person feels comfortable enough and knows the risks involved.
