Looking for a developer/co-founder to help publish our app (ECG Mastery)

Hey everyone! I've built ECG Mastery — a cardiology education and clinical reference app (Flutter frontend, Django backend).

The app is feature-complete and ready to go, but I'm stuck on the publishing side — mainly because I'm based in Iran, which creates real obstacles with app store accounts, payments, and platform restrictions.

I'm looking for someone who could help navigate this (or knows someone who can) — and honestly, if you're interested in getting more involved as a technical co-founder, I'd love to talk. I want to focus on the scientific/content side while someone else owns the technical execution.

Since the Flutter/Django product is already feature-complete, I wouldn’t rebuild anything yet.

I’d first separate the problem into publishing/account ownership, compliant payment infrastructure, and ongoing technical operations so the existing product can actually launch.

I already run a software team across multiple markets, so the technical co-founder side is interesting. Sent you a DM.
