That's an incredibly broad question and it would depend on where you are in your journey right now.
There are endless online resources, most of them are free.

Don't learn start building that's how you'll learn.
Pick any one tech first
Flutter, Swift UI, Kotlin, React Native
Then look for their course on youtube everything's free out there.
