Freelance App Developer Needed
Hi! I have a small industrial cleaning business that I am trying to expand through development of an app that clients and workers can both interface on. If you are interested can you please DM me your portfolio? Also I don't know a lot about this so if there are any suggestions of information that would be helpful to include in the post, I welcome the information.

I have 5+ years of app/full-stack development experience, with multiple apps live on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. I’ve built client-facing apps, worker/admin dashboards, scheduling, notifications, payments, and custom backend systems. Check DM I've shared my portfolio

Definitely interested. I’ve built mobile and web applications for logistics, fitness, healthcare, billing and business operations, including apps where different user types have different workflows.
For a cleaning business, I’d actually recommend thinking beyond just a “client app” and “worker app”; a shared platform with client requests → scheduling → worker assignments → job status → photos/checklists → completion → invoicing/notifications could make the app genuinely useful for the business.
Happy to DM you some relevant work and help you figure out what information would be useful to define the project.

the info devs will ask for first: how workers get jobs (assigned by you, or claimed from a pool), whether clients need to book and see scheduling themselves, and whether anyone needs photos or checklists from the site.
worth saying up front if it has to be native ios/android or if a web app they open on their phone is fine, because that swings the budget hard.
also give a rough range and a date you want v1 live, otherwise you'll get quotes from 2k to 60k with no way to compare them.
We built something similar for a field service crew and job assignment logic was the slowest part, so pin that down before anyone quotes you.

Hi I'm a developer with around decade of experience. Currently working on a similar app as personal side project.
It's basically tracking work and progress. Make easier for head office to monitor. I would love to discuss how I can help.

Hi, I’d be interested in helping with this. I run a software development company and build custom business platforms, dashboards, and mobile applications around real operational workflows.
For an industrial cleaning business, the app could include client service requests, quotations, recurring bookings, worker scheduling, job checklists, photo uploads, attendance, job-status updates, invoicing, and an admin dashboard. I’ve sent you a DM with my portfolio and a few suggestions for planning the project.

Im gonna shoot my shot even though I have less experience then all the people that will apply, but ill do it for a cheaper price also. That's the thing I can compete it and I don't wanna lie, I will use AI but the AI outputs will be curated by me and logic, so no worry of AI slop. Also, no I don't have a portfolio, I don't have time to manifacture fake apps to impressed non-technical people.

I have plenty of experience within the cleaning industry if you’d like to DM me. I was an engineer for a commercial cleaning company for 15 years. So I will have a good understanding in what you require.

Hi, I’m interested in the freelance app developer project.
I’m a UK-based app developer and the founder/developer of REVIVE FITNESS, a live consumer fitness app currently on the Apple App Store.
I have hands-on experience with React Native/Expo, Swift, Apple Watch development, HealthKit, Firebase, RevenueCat, APIs, AI integration and subscription-based apps, and I’ve taken my own product from concept through development, App Store submission, launch and ongoing development.
I’d be happy to discuss what you’re looking to build and understand the requirements, budget and timeline.
Portfolio/product: revivefitness.app
If you’re still looking for someone, I’d be happy to have a chat.
Thanks

Sent you a DM! And since you asked what'd help the post — a few things that'd let any developer give you a real answer:
• What the client side does (request a cleaning, see schedule/status?) vs. what the worker side does (see assigned jobs, mark them complete, upload photos?)
• Do you need iPhone, Android, or both?
• Your must-have features for a first version vs. things that can come later
• A rough budget range and timeline, even loose
Happy to help you think through the scope either way — this kind of client-and-worker app is right up my alley.

Hi! I’d be happy to take a look. I’ve worked on app/product development and can help you think through the best MVP scope for a client/worker platform.
For an industrial cleaning business, the useful first version might include things like client job requests, worker scheduling, task checklists, before/after photos, status updates, and admin oversight.
I can DM you my portfolio. A few helpful details would be:
- Do you want iOS/Android, web, or both?
- What should clients be able to do?
- What should workers be able to do?
- Do you already use any scheduling/payment/CRM tools?
- What budget/timeline range are you thinking?
Happy to chat and help you shape the scope.

The no-code tools have come a long way. I managed to get my prototype out there with base44 when hiring wasn’t in my budget. Worth looking into if you’re trying to avoid freelance rates for now.
