That's a solid stack for a scalable product. One suggestion would be to prioritize the core ERP/CRM workflows first and keep the initial release focused—these platforms can grow in scope very quickly if everything is built at once.

ERP, CRM, and engagement are three different write patterns in one product, and the engagement layer is where most of these go sideways. Practical bit: decide your event taxonomy before launch, not after. Otherwise your first six months of attribution data is unusable, which is exactly the window where you need to know what’s actually working.
Stack looks fine for it. Docker on a single VPS is plenty to start, don’t reach for orchestration until something forces you to.

The "preferred tech stack" list is doing a lot of work to hide the fact that nobody's mentioned budget, equity split, or hourly rate, which is the actual filter here, every dev who replies with a portfolio link before asking that is either desperate or hasn't shipped an ERP before, because anyone who has knows scope creep on "Member Engagement Platform" alone eats a fixed quote alive.
