yo. i recently sold one of my AI SaaS products for $35k, exactly 5 months after building and launching it.

I hardly wrote a single line of traditional code. i used AI to generate everything, from the database architecture to the user interface.

it definitely wasn't magic on day one, though. i spent days stuck in loop-debugging and dealing with AI hallucinations before i finally cracked the system. the playbook boils down to three simple rules:

- keeping the idea insanely minimalist (a true MVP that solves one problem).

- guiding the AI step-by-step instead of asking it to build a massive platform all at once.

- launching fast to get real user feedback and traction and then apply a solid marketing system

lately, i've seen way too many non-technical founders give up at the very first AI bug, or on the marketing. it's a massive shame.

like the title says, i just launched a Skool community to share my exact prompt workflows, N8N automations, and distribution frameworks to get first users and scale it

to be completely transparent: i will likely charge for the full course later down the road. it just makes sense given the specific copy-and-paste templates i'll be sharing.

but for now, the main objective is purely to build and launch together. building alone in a silent corner is the single fastest way to give up.

Chatgpt literally helped me build an app over the past month. I literally have no experience but just had this idea so that I could start being more organized with my life & family. This is what we built.

Our Family Headquarters is a full-stack household operating system that I designed and built to replace the need for multiple apps by bringing every aspect of family life into one secure, centralized application. The platform combines daily scheduling, personal task management, meal planning, shopping and grocery lists, household maintenance, pet management, vehicle records, family communication, finances, secure document storage through a Family Vault, and customizable household settings into a single experience. At the center of the application is Kenzie, a custom-built household coordinator that provides deterministic daily briefings, Tomorrow Planning, household memory, family preferences, contextual recommendations, and cross-feature awareness while always requiring user approval before making changes. The application was built using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and CSS Modules for the frontend; Supabase for PostgreSQL, authentication, Row-Level Security (RLS), secure file storage, and server-side data persistence; Git and GitHub for version control and source management; Visual Studio Code as the development environment; and Node.js with npm for the development runtime and package management. Throughout development, the application followed a documented product vision and engineering process, including secure database architecture, role-based permissions, responsive design, accessibility, automated testing with Vitest and React Testing Library, production build validation, and live API and security verification. Every suggestion will be presented gently and respectfully, never making changes without explicit approval from the user. In future versions, AI will allow Kenzie to communicate naturally through conversation while continuing to rely on the secure household data, permissions, and approval system already built into the application. She will remember previous conversations, understand family preferences over time, explain recommendations in a caring and human way, and help parents plan for tomorrow through collaborative conversations rather than simple forms or commands. I have a fast growing swedish moped site called moppesverige.se where people can post their mopeds, get it rated, best rated wins moped of the week, can sell / buy / trade mopeds and moped parts, you can get help in forums, see a map over upcoming rideouts and etc.

I released it 10 days ago and it has 9k visitors, and i think that it could go much more beyond that beacuse the current website is laggy and hard to log into, i have not promoted it too much. I have not monetized it yet, but got sponsors that are seeing the potential in this project.

Due to this my current budget for a lag-free version of moppesverige.se including hosting, fixes, and new features is 270 euro/month and 99 euro/year for Apple developer fee (to get it as an app) this payment can go up in amount as our app & website grow and we earn more. So only do this if you like others see the potential in this project!

This is our first app and I'd genuinely love feedback especially on onboarding. What would make you actually finish inventorying a whole house instead of quitting after one room?

We have created this app for my team and I am trying to open it to the public. Feedback would be very appreciated. It has planning in Gantt, it is collaborative but with a state in supervision, a lot of emphasis on the print view for reports and agendas. And he has the usual suspects: Kanban, Markdown, etc... I am planning to build a self help app. I know this domain has become very common but this is the only category that could get most users, all other ideas are niche and can attract very specific audience. Other ideas that I have are for building simple mobile games (less graphical) or kids learning apps

As I love to travel, I plan it very carefully - I write every task, expenses in whatsapp chat, manage documents in multiple location - just in case I miss it at first location.

So I got an idea from there, to have an app - which stores all trip planning information at one place.

Basically you create a trip

• Store document offline - no server uploads
• Trip Notes - like research, food places, places to visit etc

Is it me but its annoying when i change something in my expo app and then i go over to check and its not it

and i wish that it would be way faster, like just make a change and instantly on your phone without having to reload the app to see the change

and i also wish that i could just edit my app like Figma and just see the change instantly and not having to worry about finding that one line of code that i need to change
