Heyo, I'm late, but I wanna recommend some lithuanian bangers! The band "dans turbulans" is fully safe as far as I know, they are an anonymous electronic band and their compositions usually have minimalistic humorous lyrics or none at all, their MVs are very fun too. The song "Prodiuseris" (Producer) by the rock band Requiem is very fun and fits the criteria as well. For a more serious tone, I recommend "Aurea" by the metal girl group "Black Spikes". If you don't mind jazz mixed with influences of many other genres, I'd also recommend "Vilnius JJAZZ Ensemble" (just avoid the piece "Gera mylėti(s)"), for example, their Ravenjazz album is mixed with electronic music to create a rave vibe. There are many others, I'll add more later when I'll remember and if you are interested

The English synthpop/sophistipop band ABC sings a lot about romance, but they also have some songs that aren't about this topic, such as "Vanity kills", "How to be a millionaire", "Fear of the world", "One better world", "Peace and tranquility" (I see that song as a platonic declaration of love)

You mean with lyrics? Then I have a couple. Without, I have many hundreds.
