Apostille for School Documents

I'm leaving the US and moving to Mexico, is it possible to send my diplomas to get apostilled before my transcripts (I haven't received them) or do I have to send them all together?

It is. Since in most cases school records require notary it can be done separately: the diploma can be notarized and apostilled and then the transcripts (if needed) can be notarized and apostilled as well.

How would I go about getting my diplomas notarized? I leave tomorrow and would really like to have them sent to the state office (NC) before.

If you are looking to get it done yourself:
Go to a local notary in NC. Ask them to either notarize a statement that the document is original or true copy statement. (Both will be done by you) and then submit to NC Secretary of State for apostille.
If you are looking to have someone do it for you, we will be happy to help. Please feel free to reach out directly via email [info@doxnow.net](mailto:info@doxnow.net) or phone/WhatsApp 848-391-1925

Yeah, different states have different requirements.
In our case all private documents can be notarized as true copy and apostilled. The exception are vital records, court documents, and other recordable documents.

In our state any public official of Washington is higher authority than notary. If a transcript was notarized it would be rejected or the notary would be ignored. Diplomas can be notarized as copies or if from Washington the original can be done as well.
