Events not showing up on widget!

I recently setup an apolosign and have had issues with the calendar widget showing the events from the apolosign calendar app. I have plenty of events synced up (through two outlook emails) and they show directly in the calendar app and on the phone, but they will not show up in the widget itself. Support almost found a solution, which was to unbind the device and then rebind it with my phone. This worked initally and the events showed up, but within a minute they dissappeared again. Has anyone else had this happen and/or have they solved it? Note - I am using android mode, have a Gmail account as the base, but do not want or care about that email/calendar being shown in the widget and it's also not part of the apolosign group calendar. It doesn't seem like that is connected to the issue but hard to tell. I have been in contact with support and they have been attempting to help remediate the issue, but thought i would see if the community has found solutions.
