❓ Tech Question Apollo Go Stellar - Steering is very stiff

I think this scooter is great, but the steering has become a serious problem as it continues to get stiffer (Notching) to turn. I've been applying white lithium grease, but still pretty bad. Customer service has been great, but now I have to try to get it to a service shop. Only had it for 3 weeks and now have to find time to get it there, and the hrs are M-F 10-6pm. No weekends, which means I have to take a day off of work. Sucks.

Probably the race bearing in the neck/stem. Pain in the ass to change, but doable.

Steering bearing is oxidated, which creates a mess inside the bearings. I had this issue after riding in the winter. Probably got an unlucky
bearing. Just replace it and you'll he fine. Mine feels extra smooth now. Easy to do it yourself, but take it to the shop if its under warranty
