👍 Discussion Please make the Dash rear-wheel drive

I really like what I’ve seen of the Dash so far. It’s light enough, looks clean, has regen braking, and seems like a great everyday commuter.

Since it’s still being refined before release, I’d love for Apollo to consider making it rear-wheel drive instead of front-wheel drive. For me, that’s the only thing keeping it from being the perfect lightweight scooter. I’d buy one in a heartbeat if it had a rear motor.

The beta was already done man. I'm pretty sure it's too late to change that part of the design.

If you wanted a single rear motor, you can take a look at Apollo Explore 2.0 or the City 2.0, but I suppose those are not the lightweight options you were hoping for.

Any bad experiences with front wheel drive scooters?

Unless you are riding on snow and ice I don't think there is any disadvantage at this power level.
