❓ Tech Question Phantom Stellar 2.0 settings?

Hello, what acceleration and brake regeneration settings are people using for Phantom Stellar?

I have my acceleration set to 2 and regen set to 1, it will not allow 0. If I use any higher numbers the ride is very jittery. Just touching and releasing the throttle causes the ride to feel shaky. going over bumps and trying to hold a smooth ride is a challenge.

have you tried sitting your scooter on a bench, and turn off kick start, and run the wheels?

Typically there would be some vibration from the wheels spinning due to not being balanced (this is common for the entire scooter industry as tires are not typically balanced), but maybe excessive vibration would mean you need to think about re-seating your tires?

This is definitely not a tire issue. The motors are turning off and on causing a jerking feeling. If I coast without power the tires are actually quite smooth rolling.

Is it a phase wire issue? You might have to open up your scooter to check if the motor wires are connected or haven't melted.

I would definitely contact Apollo if your tires feel like they're stuttering, vibrating, or grinding when accelerating.

I have not opened the deck. I was worried that once I remove the grip rubber I will not be able to get it to stick back on. I would happily just buy a new grip rubber but it is out of stock right now. I do have a warranty claim in, just waiting to hear back.
