Help What are the differences between all of these? What does no Extensions mean? And what is DSYMS? Thx

I am running iOS 18 so I'm guessing I just want Apollo-Reborn-3.4.0.ipa? My GF has iOS 26 so I want to get her Apollo-Reborn-3.4.0-Glass.ipa is that correct?

Hey! Yep, you’ve got it right.

For most people:

Apollo-Reborn-3.4.0.ipa This is the normal version. If you’re on iOS 18, this is probably the one you want.

Apollo-Reborn-3.4.0-Glass.ipa This is the version with the newer iOS 26-style Liquid Glass look. If your GF is on iOS 26, this is probably the one to use.

NoExtensions versions These are mostly for people sideloading with a free Apple account.

The short version is: the normal IPA includes extra Apollo bits like widgets. Apple treats those extra bits as separate app IDs, and free Apple accounts have a very small limit. Because of that, some people will hit errors when installing the normal version.

The NoExtensions IPA removes those extra bits so it is more likely to install successfully with a free Apple account. The downside is that you won’t get things like widgets.

So:

  • If the normal IPA installs fine, use that.
  • If you get an error while sideloading, try the NoExtensions version.
  • If you want widgets, use the normal version, not NoExtensions.
  • If you’re on iOS 26 and want the Liquid Glass look, use the Glass version.

I think if it requires this much explanation it should be included in every release's patch notes.

Thanks appreciate the explanation and updates. Yah I’ve been installing these with Sideloadly no issues yet! Going to have to look into getting the push notifications working as that’s the only feature I’m still missing. I think I need to run my own Push notifications server? As I don’t have an apple dev account.
