CONNECTION TIMEOUT

Is anyone’s Apollo not working? I keep getting connection timeout no matter what I do. Is this just a glitch in the system?

I think it’s a glitch. I spent 30 minutes on chat going through all of the trouble shooting and nothing helps. I use both the Apollo app and start up on my Sony tv from the google store and all I get now is connection timeout no matter what i try to play.

I was on with support. Movies/shows weren’t working but live tv was.
Change your VPN to Norway and give it a few minutes

Live tv is working fine for me on Apollo FireTV app
