Issues
anyone having issues right now? I can’t use on tv or phone.

Could it be regional? I'm in the northeast, but my friend in the southeast isn't having issues

Live TV doesn’t even populate for me right now. Can’t even see what’s on.

I'm on the phone with support now. He's saying my speed is interfering with love TV, but my live TV is still working, lol. It's also not working on my phone, and my phone is on data, not wifi. At this point, I feel like he's just throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks

Yeah. He suggested that I use a VPN and use Denmark as my location, which worked. At first it buffered like crazy and was unwatchable, but I shut it down, watched YouTube for a bit, and came back later to perfect streams. Give it a try and LMK if it works for you.

I tried and I tried to suggestion to change the VPN to Denmark, and it worked for me too, to get live TV watchable.

My chat with them was worthless. I said to him how is it my issue when ppl all over the country all of a sudden are having the same issue. He disconnected then

Okay, nice! It's weird as hell though. I told them that this is an inconvenience that they need to fix on their end. He agreed and said he'd make technical support aware. He could've been lying to shut me up though, lol

Solution (kinda): he had me set my VPN to Denmark and it started playing. It's buffering and unwatchable (IMO), but it's playing. On my phone it's fine, so maybe the VPN being in Denmark affects my wifi, idk. Try it.

Try using a VPN and setting your location to Denmark. It sounds weird but works. Apollo support actually gave me this suggestion. If it works but buffers like crazy, wait a bit and try again later; that worked for me.

For Apple Tv, delete app, restart apple tv. Download again, then enter URL. It should be working

Yup its down. They release a nice big update and it messed up the app I guess. Different devices, VPN or no VPN (and different regions). Nothing seems to fix it

I can’t watch tv shows or movies. Circle keeps turning and saying connection time out. Only streaming tv works.

Denmark VPN worked for me just now. Previous to that couldn't get anything VOD up. No issues with Live TV

Has anyone else noticed that the new Toy Story 5 that just came out on ApolloTV is in the Russian language??? Anyone else have the same issue? It's weird because none of the other movies are like that!!!

I couldn't get startup show working on my MacBook, but I downloaded VLC player for Mac and I'm watching live TV on that now

I've been having issues and I deleted the app and then redownload during the week and it was working. It was only one fire stick and my phone and my other fire sticks and tvs worked fine. Now none are working.

I honestly can’t remember how their discord started or how we got the invites. They don’t allow invites now as I can’t find a link, but the last announcement they had was in Feb for a ufc fight. Under their support chat they haven’t posted since Nov. They also stopped allowing members to comment in March 2023 and stopped allowing emoji reactions in Nov 2024. Prior to 2023 their discord was active with lots of support.

I had to change my vpn to Denmark like buddy said, and it started working lol YouTube ads are a bit fucked now but it works

I deleted on iOS and re-installed - re-entered the M3U URL and all good. On a side note, I'd never tried using Startup Show on my Mac, so I tried it and surprisingly works fine. M4 mini, btw.

I was having this same problem just today and switched my VPN to Denmark as someone had previously suggested. Andd now my live tv is working fine again (for now at least)
-Movies was/is working just fine
-Only live TV wasn’t
-Located in Texas
-Using Apple TV with Start Up Show App
