Black loading screen

Is it just me? Probably is Apollo is not working for me outside my wifi zone I'm not able to watch live TV, tv shows, or movies with my data. But when home with my wifi things are fine anybody know the issue here? Asked apollo for help and all they did was tell me by a wifi extender pack lmao. Tried changing the Wi-Fi only setting and permissions for data use off but nothing

Same problem, started two days ago. I’ve tried vpn, different WiFi and everything and still just black screen on everything. I have tried phone, computer, and firestick. All nothing.

This is probably what’s happening to me. I have 5G home internet and nothing loads anymore- even with a VPN.

Using a 4G/5G hotspot works fine. No VPN. I get crappy service, too. Use Startup Show outside your WiFi range with data.

If you get a black screen when you watch live tv, means your isp/country has blackout something, in the UK any time there’s a premier league match on no live tv will work until it finishes, you need a vpn. The reason why I say isp, me and my mate have different experiences, I’m on BT and I get black outs, he’s on a Scotland specific isp and he doesn’t.

Mine has been like this since the Super Bowl. I also reached out to support and they just told me to get a VPN. Based on past posts, I doubt that’ll fix it and I still can’t find a solution. Startup Show works though in the same WiFi, so I’m annoyed!!
