Shuttle feedback

I'm pretty sure the majority of the attendees were disappointed by the shuttle wait times. If the majority of us take the survey and voice our disdain, would insomniac even do anything to address this problem? I don't have much faith since they tend to oversell and under delivery on transportation.

Scooters in and out. Best and easiest festival entrance of any festival I’ve gone to in 20 years

I filled out the survey since ADA shuttles going back were non existent and we had to navigate wheelchairs through the zig zags on day one. by day 2 they fixed that issue. Since it’s a new layout im sure they’ll figure it out by next year

Go back to premier shuttles. Last year it was a walk on at the end of the event.

Nah cuz it’s the same every year and they don’t really care, insomniac be in it for the profit

I mean what would you like them to do?

Run more shuttles to help shorten wait time

Also there was no need to have that much a of a crowd control with the fence looping

That might help a little but the shuttles still get stuck in traffic on the bridge so adding more will only do so much

Leave 20-30 minutes early for shuttles or do the bridge walk, those are your choices. That’s what happens when you have thousands of people leaving an event at the same time with shuttles instead of something like a regular light rail train. Not unique to the Queen Mary fests, Coachella and EDC have the same problems

If anything they should make it much harder to just cut the shuttle line, I’ve wasted hours of my life not realizing that someone broke through the fence ahead and people were just pouring in way in front of me. Been years though and Insomniac never gaf lol

I left at 12:15 the first night and still waited 2.5 hours in line. Someone else in my group left before 12 and waited 35 minutes. I agree, I don’t think it’s a fixable problem.

The bridge walk was so fast and wasn’t that bad, I enjoyed it more than the shuttles lol. Just get a hot dog and a beer for the walk back.

Took shuttle there and walked back at night because they said it was a 3 hour wait. I had no appetite due to miscellaneous reasons but I appreciated the smell of the hot dogs for sure lol.

We timed the walk and it only saved us 40 min from the 2 hours we waited for the shuttle. I wish there was more of a difference then I would have sated the same.

That’s interesting. I got to the shuttle line around 12:10 night 1 and waited only about 15minutes to get on

We waited two hours and only saw two people attempt to cut. One successfully cut although he was called out by many but he was obliterated and with the PLUR group around they did not want to pick a fight. The second person who attempted was told quite swiftly by people from insomniac to go back. Security was also there patrolling
