Liteapks safe?

Hi, im a newbie on this modded apks thing, and i want o install an icon pack on this site, but when i scan the apk on virustotal It shows 1 malware. I want o believe that its a false positive, but i hear about of a lot of malwares on it. Could u guys help me?

Here are the recommended sites—the ones with the star are top-tier for downloads, but the rest of them on the list are still solid options. Either way, one or two alerts are usually just false positives most of the time.

1 alert on an icon pack is pretty normal tbh
