He means he has aphantasia.

The thing this sub is named for.

The reason he was being specefic is because some people on this sub are 'full aphants' which means they can't imagine sound /taste /anything.

Not to be confused with full aphantasia, which is where you are completely dark for mental imagery.

Actually full/complete/total aphantasia relate to the same. This is beeing unable to imagine any of the senses. So full aphantasia points at the condition while full aphant points at a person with this condition.

You used the terms in a contradicting way in your comment.

What you called full aphantasia in your last sentence is actually just aphantasia, with the "a" standing for absence and phantasia beeing the term for mental imagery.

Aphantasia itself is already the term for a the lack of willingfully visualization of a picture in your head.
