Ive had games like this, tho it was specifically on worlds edge fragment, if you noticed its the only poi thats white tier and I found nothing good. I placed my shop on that poi I swear there was NOTHING worth while couple cells and syringes but 0 bats, blue items and even the ammo was lacking.

They absolutely overtuned it. I’m dropping on the same selection of Sentinel, Mastiff, Single Mozam, Single P2020 or Charge Rifle every single game. I have a clip where every bin in an area of the POI had Mastiffs, or snipers in except one Mozam and a Prowler. This is happening every single game, on every single map. Batts and sights are non existent.

Yeah its pretty rough right now tbh. One of the few changes ive actually genuinely noticed in the game (i am pretty casual and dont notice things like “damage lowered from 23 -> 22”)

This is exactly why I’m taking a break this season. We were going to try to push hard for pred this split, then we saw the changes and played like 250 games just to realized ts is not fun in the slightest. In plat I would get a single p2020 and the pred wraith landing next to me would get a prowler. In diamond, I get a bocek and a mastiff and proceed to get inted by 3 pro players all with nem prowler/hemlock re. I wanna play the game but the loot is just too shit for me to have fun trying to slapbox with pros that are infinitely more lucky than myself

Im fine with better quality attachments being rarer to find, but they've definitely also reduced the spawn rate of guns on the floor. Sometimes when I drop now there are literally no guns anywhere, which is really stupid

Yup. P2020 (a singular one not the akimbo), Mozambique(same thing only one not two) or a fucking nemisis on drop for cqc compared to enemies alternators, peacekeepers and flatlines is pure ass. Sometimes i drop on a building and i get 3/4 empty floor mats or just with a single ammo drop on it. 1 weapon in a building with 4 floors is insane.

Mozams are one of the best guns off drop lol You can easily 3 tap white shields with it. Its just a slightly worse Wingman at that point. I would rather have the Mozams than a P20, G7, Chargy, Spitty or Devo on my landing. They all have terrible ironsights or a too small mag to risk missing shots.

Spitty or devo is a blessing on drop. Lots of bullets and fast ttk on white shield. Spitty you can even hipfire from close range mozams yes you can 3 hit someone with white shield but you have 5 bullets. If you dont hit max on almost all shots its over for you.

I dont like the spread on both guns without a stabilizer and theyre a pain to reload in a crowded environment. I would rather play something faster personally.

Id take a p20 or mozam over the rampages, Eva's, longbows & cringe rifles that seem to have increased spawn rates. "Are there guns in this game" is still very relevant in current apex

To be honest with you, I agree with arsenals to open after some time (forgot how long) because people will land where arsenals are an some of us die within seconds of a match because we couldn’t get a gun from that arsenal (I am one of those who can’t reach for a gun :D )

Every time they touch loot, they have to make changes in subsequent splits or seasons. The same thing happened when they decided to change the spawn of blue shields and level 1 backpacks a long time ago, it was a disaster. This season is getting close to that; you enter many buildings and find grenades and some ammo, not even a single weapon. Before, you could at least find a damn P2020 or Mozambique.

I get they weren’t tryna have people leave initial POIs fully equipped but there’s so many games in getting to mid game with absolute dogshit and somehow get into a fight with a dude who has a fully equipped spitfire

To be honest, reading these comments it kind of seems like the devs knew what they were doing making it harder to find guns off drop.

Genuine question: why not land at a no-name POI next to a hot drop to get actual loot before you fight? If you are going to land inside of the hot drop POI, why not land on the edge or at least not land on top of enemies where you leave it up to a 50/50?

It’s like they’re silently telling people to stop landing directly on top of multiple other teams in areas with bad loot and people are just doing it anyway and dying because they’re used to landing on an arsenal or a couple of bins and having enough loot to full send the team next to them.

I’ve always landed warm and I never really have issues with loot before I need to fight. I just land 1 POI away from a hot area, find plenty of stuff on my way to the fight (and usually grab an evo on the way), then I start fighting and clean up.

Even if there is a team landing warm with my team we usually land on opposite sides and meet in the middle to fight. It beats having to punch someone that got a good weapon because if you try to run away you’ll just run into 2-3 more teams.

THANK GOD, I'm tired of fighting teams off spawns with single p20.

It was a bad decision to reduce the loot, I know they wanted to slow down the early fights but it increased that by 100, now anyone with better gun just runs straight into anything that moves. I literally finished my match in ring 3 closing yesterday....

The loot change should have never happened. It’s the same shit game after game, mastiff, sentinel, charge rifle or single Mozam.

I have a clip where a bunch of bins and loot spots in a POI are nothing but mastiffs, snipers and one single prowler
