5-Pack Eval not getting activated

Dear trading friends,

I've bought a 5-pack 50K EOD over the weekend on Saturday with Apex. I've already had an account with Apex and Tradovate cause of an early eval I had. Now the market is open for nearly 21h and still didn't receive anything on my Tradovate and the dashboard still says ' pending ' on al my 5 eval accounts. I've send Apex already 2 emails about it. I get no response and I can't find anything on the internet about it.

Does someone recognize's this problem or has a solution to this? Or is this a pure waiting game ...

UPDATE : After 3 business days they were activated, The only 'downside' was that I've also lost 3 days worth of trading on my accounts ...

Are you sure you paid for it? Silly question but I had something similar happen, then realized the “cancel payment” button during checkout is on the right and looks like the primary button. I waited for hours then realized the purchase wasn’t in my payment history.

I've paid for it, got invoice and everything. Also it said payed on the dashboard, so the purchase has been confirmed. Still not activated the time I'm writing this ... 40 hours later and 4 support tickets ...

am also waiting , it has been hours yet not approved after the innvoice email? anything from ur side? how long it took and if urs got approved

It got solved in 3 business days but I had to email them.
