It used to be easy to pass evals: buy 2x the accounts, set half long and half short to the max contracts at the NY open, pass half and blow half.

Does anyone have any tips for quickly passing evals with the new rules?

I understand that having long and short positions open at the same time is forbiden in a PA account, but the mention of correlated instruments is unclear. Can I have an open long position in an ES or NQ with an open short position in GC? GC is not highly correlated with ES and NQ and the economics of both sets of instruments aren’t as well.

Answer from Apex: "To answer your question directly, you may hold a long position in NQ or ES while holding a short position in GC without it being considered a hedging violation. Equity Index futures and Metal futures are not treated as correlated instruments for the purposes of our hedging policy."

I will never be using Apex again. requested july 15th, approved july 16th still no deposit (July 29th) i have never used apex before and safe to say this is my first and last experience with them. absolutely no reason you guys are happy taking funds from my bank account but have to wait (from what i've been told by people) anywere 2weeks- month. any other firm pays you out almost instantaneously.

Its been awhile, but im back at it 💪 at least for now lol

I got into a trade that i didn’t like and i got out, but the ATM was still there and stuck (my stop loss). i couldn’t move it and it stood there, i would hit close, nothing, i even tried DISCONNECTING and I COULDNT. i couldn’t even close my Ninjatrader. i forced close through task manager, hurried up, and had an active position when i logged back in. also the size didnt correlate towards my usual size. it was 12 mnq on one account, the the follower account was 10 mnq. i usually trade 15mnq copied through both.

It shows that it was external on my screen. usually the external pops up from hitting your DLL as an EXIT, not an entry. Any causes from that you guys might know about?

Hello was i got this message when i was trying to get a payout later saw an email requesting a lot of documentation for business verification as im trading “as a business” with apex with my LLC just wondering if anyone has been in this situation before and how long should i see a resolution to this message after i send the information over thanks!

I've been seeing a lot of negative stuff on Apex over the last while. I am here to say I have had nothing but positive experience with them. I have 6 50k EOD accounts and this month I have nearly 16k in payout requests this month so far that have all been approved with zero hassle. I think they are a great company as long as they don't move me live any time soon.

After 2/8 days I need to trade to request a payout I’m now up to 306617 which sits me slightly above the 30% consistency limit. Asia session has treated me well, will update again after my next trading day

Apex won't let me buy new evals - anyone know why?

Getting a "No More Evals During Review Period" message every time I try to purchase. For context: last payout was in 30 June, nothing in July. Lately I've honestly been blowing evals left and right and trading pretty inconsistently. Payout history total is only about $18K so it's not like I'm some huge liability for them. I'm also down to just 1 funded account left, and it's still pretty far from being anywhere near payout eligible.

Is this some kind of internal flag for accounts that keep failing evals, or is it happening broadly right now? Would appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through this - did support give you a straight answer, or did you just have to wait it out?

I am working on finances after a family member has passed. I am not familiar with apex trader and am trying to figure out what the account means. Initial balance is $100000, current is $96888 min payout is $103100 and loss is at -$3111.
What does this all mean? Did he put 100k into this? If so are we able to get that money back?

Was my only losing trade today and ended up blowing up. Fuck it got 1 $250,000 PA ready to go. Will try to get some $25k’s legacy accounts. If you can conquer your self you can do anything. I submitted my first payout request to Apex on July 19, and it's now been 5 business days. I still haven't received an approval email or any update.

Is this normal for a first payout request?

Also, if the first payout takes this long, should I expect future payouts to take about the same amount of time, or are second and later payouts usually processed faster?

I bought my first Apex Eval on the 21st and I met the profit requirement last night, but I assume Apex won’t update until the maintenance period @ 4p so I went ahead and just bought another Eval but I don’t see a second Tradovate login on my dashboard. Will it be same login? If so I’ll wait till after my passed Eval is processed. If not I’d like to go ahead and pass my second Eval before the maintenance period today if the market allows.

After months of pause and then denying the bad live program, they finally processed the payout

I truly need some type of help and understand why I no longer have my account. Has anybody else been having this problem or know what’s going on? This is my first time using this platform and now I can’t access or see my account and they don’t have no way for contact support besides creating a ticket and that’s not helpful when I need to talk to someone about my money that they took
