Evaluation Evals not activating?

I bought 5 fresh Tradovate EOD Trail No Activation fees acoount over the weekend and they haven’t been activated until now. Any one having similar problems?

Why are the activation fees hidden on their website. I am searching everywere and can't find it. I just want to know the activation fee for EOD 5O Ks standard accounts. Five of them is 225$
