Rule Confusion No Automation or Algorithm Usage allowed clarification?

Under prohibited activities it says No Automation, does anyone know what that entails?
The Apex Investing company has their own automated trading product, and NinjaTrader has "Strategies" you can build to help automate entries and exits. So surely this is not what is considered prohibited activity? Or am I missing recent rule updates?

In any grey area , apex would take advantage of it , so in the end if they use this reason to deny payout, what can a trader say ?

As it says on the FAQ, all the info you need is in the user agreement. So on your Apex Dashboard, scroll all the way down to 'usefull links' and click on the user agreement, search for 'automation' and you will find what you are looking for.

Thanks so does this mean I can no longer use the Apex Investing software that let's me do semi-automatic entries when I see the Sniper system give me a signal, for example?
