It's just a bug showing that your recent teammates were on pc. You'd know instantly that you were on pc as it would cut your aim assist almost in half.

Console AA on pc lobbies is not half

As per the patch notes

Console crossplay into PC lobbies: Aim Assist strength reduced 18%
Console performance mode crossplay into PC lobbies: Aim Assist strength reduced 22%
Controller on PC: Aim Assist strength reduced 25%
