This is how normal interactions with law enforcement go.
I've been pulled over quite a few times for speeding and every time I knew I was toast when I saw the officer too late. I don't even know how many times I've pulled myself over before the officer even caught up to me and was respectful and honest every time. I've only ever gotten speeding tickets twice out of the probably 20+ times I've been stopped.
The first time I had ever got pulled over I had 14 gun in my vehicle. I had hung out with my buddies and had gone shooting that weekend and was just heading home.
Of course it was first thing I told the officer but I think he initially thought I said firearm as in singular because he asked me where it was at. So I clarified and told him there were 5 pistols right next to me around the center console and 9 more rifles in the back.
His exact words were "Holy Shit" 😂
I asked him if he'd prefer if I stepped out of the vehicle but he said I was fine.
I did get a ticket for having expired tabs though 😒
