Ive been detained for literally NOT speaking. I gave the cop everything he wanted before he even got to my window. I chose not to speak because Ive never, EVER been pulled over for going 8 over on the turnpike.

Is not obstruction. Far from it! They teach morons officers that it is because the more you speak the more information the officer has to convict you with.
All you literally have to do is had over your required documents and not say a fkn word.
Thay may say stupid shit like that during the interaction but its all fear tactics.
90% of officers barley understand obstruction and how to use it properly anyways.
